As a self-taught artist, I've experienced the restrictive mindset that comes with learning something new and being pushed towards a traditional path - ultimately limiting creativity.

So for this work, I asked myself to create with only the tools in my home - and no paintbrushes. Ultimately painted with just my hands, this work reflects breaking norms and the "this is how we've always done it" mentality.
